The Car Wash Show 2025 is officially in the books — and if you weren't able to make it to Nashville, or just want a quick recap of what the EverWash team was sharing at Booth 1155, here's your rundown.
Membership Is Still the Biggest Opportunity in Car Washing
If there was one theme that defined our conversations on the floor, it was this: operators who have committed to a real membership strategy are outperforming those who haven't — and the gap is widening.
EverWash exists to close that gap. We spent three days talking with operators about how to build membership programs that drive consistent recurring revenue, reduce churn, and create the kind of customer loyalty that holds up even when the weather doesn't cooperate. Whether you're running a tunnel, an IBA, or a self-serve location, the playbook is the same: the right tools, the right support, and the right partner make all the difference.
The Attendant App Is Getting Smarter
One of the more exciting conversations at the show centered on recent updates to the EverWash Attendant App — the tool your team uses every day to sell memberships, track performance, and manage sign-ups on-site.
We're continuing to invest in making the Attendant App faster, more intuitive, and more effective for the people who are on the front lines of your membership program. Check out our blog post on the new Attendant App for more information.
Fleet Is on the Horizon
We also gave attendees a first look at what's coming with EverWash Fleet — a dedicated solution designed to bring high-volume business customers and service fleets into your membership program.
Fleet represents a significant untapped revenue opportunity for car wash operators, and EverWash is building the tools to help you capture it. It's early days, but the response at the show was strong — and we're excited to share more as development continues.
Go Coinless
The show was also a big moment for Coinless — EverWash's mobile payment and loyalty platform built specifically for IBA and self-serve operators.
We introduced a lot of new faces to Coinless in Nashville, and the interest was real. Operators are tired of outdated payment hardware, missing customer data, and loyalty programs that don't actually drive return visits. Coinless fixes all of that — with no new hardware required, no processor switch, and no revenue share. Ever.
If you run an IBA or self-serve location and haven't explored Coinless yet, now's a great time to take a look.
